Simple Moisturising Facial Wash

The skin on our scalp is connected to the skin on our face so it makes sense to use gentle ingredients on our scalp. I have been using Simple's Moisturising Face Wash on my face for over 10 years because it does a good job at removing the oils from my skin. After shaving off my hair on the 11th April I started using this face wash on my scalp almost everyday. The face wash is great for making my scalp feel clean so I was initially pleased with the results. However, when my hair started to grow I noticed that it felt dryer than usual so I took a look at the ingredients.

Sodium Laureth Sulfate is the second ingredient so I suspect this is the reason why my hair feels dry after I use this face wash on my scalp. I really wanted this face wash to work for my hair but I'm going to stop using it as a shampoo. I'm now looking for a scalp wash that will clean my scalp without drying out my hair.
