It's been 7 months and 2 days since I shaved off my hair and the above picture was taken today. I'm super excited to have received Chemical Safety Assessment Certificates for two of my homemade products. I created a leave on Conditioning Treatment and a Moisturising Balm and I've been using them with great results. I hired two different Cosmetic Chemists to assess my formulas and confirm that both of my products are safe to use on the hair, face and body.
My Conditioning Treatment contains Abyssinian Oil which is known to strengthen the hair. I use it on top of my leave in conditioner after washing my hair. My Moisturising Balm contains Hypoallergenic lanolin which helps the hair to hold onto moisture. I use the Moisturising Balm on top of a moisturising cream when styling my hair in two strand twists, flat twists and braids.
